This is Marybelle, who has worked at Shapiro's Deli for 56 YEARS this month!! She has probably done just about everything, but has been working in the kitchen full time for many years. She can find her way around a huge piece of beef with a carving knife like nobody else. Her taste buds are impeccable - if we have a question about anything food related, Marybelle is the company expert. She has trained many, many people over the years with kindness and patience.
