We had the good fortune to be one of several local restaurants serving food at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway this week. In the photo is Kelly, Tracy (myself), Allison, and Jennifer, a portion of the catering staff of Shapiro's Deli in Indianapolis and Carmel. The event was the BRICKYARD BASH. Thanks to all who stopped by and enjoyed a corned beef sandwich, delicious garlic pickle, and a gourmet cookie! Our sandwich of the month at the Carmel, Indiana deli is CHICKEN SALAD for just $5. This is valid Monday to Friday, dine in only, not valid with any other offers or on holidays. Put it on your choice of fresh baked bread - rye, white, wheat, egg bun, croissant, sourdough, onion bun or kaiser roll. The croissant is an additional $1.25 but it is well worth it. Our made-from-scratch chicken salad features grapes and walnuts, giving it a delicious flavor.
