Upward of a dozen flavors, Shapiro's locations produce fresh baked bagels every night. Bakers are literally clocking in at midnight to prepare the day's quota of bagels for our Carmel, Indiana location, our Indianapolis Restaurant and our wholesale customers. Yes, we sell bagels to quite a few local establishments. Bet you didn't know that!
Why are our bagels the best? Traditionally bagels are boiled but at Shapiro's Deli they are steamed, which produces a much better product. You won't have to worry about a tough, chewy bagel. Ours are light and delicious. Not to mention bigger and better!
