Bagels In Indianapolis

This is just one of many beautiful party trays we make throughout the year.  This is our "Deal Maker Nosh Tray", which is commonly known as our Meat and Cheese Tray.  We also offer Fruit Trays, Vegetable Trays, Dessert Trays, Pastry Trays, and Lox and Bagel Trays.  Trays serve a minimum of 10 people and we send everything you will need.  This Deal Maker Nosh Tray comes with Shapiro Rye Bread or Egg Buns, and one or two sides of our freshly made potato salad, cole slaw, or baked beans.  We send all of the paper goods, utensils and condiments!  Everyone can serve themselves and enjoy a relaxing meal.  Call us 24 hours in advance and we will have the tray of your choice ready when you arrive.  This is kosher-style goodness!

Shapiro's Deli wants to cater your next meeting, event, retreat, or get-together.  WE WILL DELIVER!  We offer beautiful meat and cheese trays, fruit trays, vegetable trays, lox and bagel trays, cheese trays, or one of Chef John's pastry trays!  If you need something more individualized we make a super boxed lunch with full size or junior size sandwiches.  They come with an apple, gourmet cookie, bag of chips, and a pickle spear.  Add potato salad or cole slaw to top things off.

Shapiro's Deli is open at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings and we will be here to get you ready for the race.  Order your race day carryout items and then sit down for a great breakfast!  Bagels, lox, cream cheese, or eggs any way you want them.  We serve beef bacon, turkey bacon, corned beef hash, turkey hash, biscuits and gravy and a variety of omelets.  Our Carmel location has even more breakfast specialties, such as Banana Stuffed French Toast, Chicken and Egg Frittata, or Salmon Eggs Benedict.

Our Carmel Sandwich of the Month for May will be the very popular Peppered Beef.  Get a full Shapiro sized sandwich for only $6.00 Monday to Friday during the month.  Try it on rye, white, wheat, sourdough, egg bun, kaiser roll, onion bun, flaky croissant, or one of our famous bagels!  This delicious meat was featured on The Food Network's THE BEST THING I EVER ATE, and was offered as the favorite of Food Network host Marc Summers, an Indianapolis native.  Stop by and see us in May.  Hopefully the rains are now over and we an enjoy some sunshine as we gear up for racing in Indy!  This offer is valid for dine in only, not valid with any other offers or on holidays. 

MEATLOAF!!  Freshly prepared from scratch every day and slowly baked to perfection.  Shapiro's recipes date back to the early 1900's and we maintain that original goodness in everything we do.  Sometimes we run out of meatloaf at midday because we sold all of our lunch portions and the dinner meatloaf's are in the oven.  If you know you need a meatloaf dinner in the late afternoon just call ahead and we'll make sure to save a portion for you.

Several people have asked lately if we do breakfast.  OF COURSE WE DO!  We are open at 6:30 a.m. every day and have an express breakfast available at the Carmel deli during the week, with a full service breakfast menu on the weekends.  We have a full breakfast menu available at the Indianapolis deli every day.  You can order just about any type of eggs, beef bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, french toast, bagels and cream cheese, lox plates, and corned beef hash.  Join us for your next early morning breakfast meeting or family event.  Breakfast is available until 11 a.m.

If you are in need of a meeting room in Indianapolis look no further!  Shapiro's Deli in Indianapolis and Carmel, Indiana both have a meeting room available for your use.  Please call to make a reservation in advance.  If you are having a morning meeting, let us set you up with a beautiful pastry tray along with coffee and juice.  For lunch or dinner the sky is the limit.  You can choose anything from our full serving line and then proceed to the meeting room.  We have quite a few regular groups who call Shapiro's home for their regular committee meetings and get togethers.

Have you thought about us for breakfast?  Our Carmel, Indiana deli has a beautiful sit-down full service breakfast on Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  They also have an express breakfast menu Monday to Friday.  Ask for Ronda or John at the deli counter.

The downtown Indianapolis deli serves a full breakfast every day.  Just tell the cashier what you are hungry for and we will cook to order.  We will bring everything to your table a few minutes later.  Matzo & eggs, corned beef hash, salami omelet, Challah bread french toast, and the best bagels in Indianapolis!!  Norma, Chris & Tammy will have the toaster warmed up for you.  Bring the kids too.  They can get a free cookie at the carryout counter.  Feel free to use this as bribery to get them to eat a good meal first!

On these cold days you may want the comfort of a good breakfast at the office to help get yourself motivated.  Driving to and from work in the dark certainly zaps my enthusiasm!  Shapiro's has a great pastry tray for $5.50 per person, minimum 10 person order.  It includes assorted bagels, fruit & cheese filled Danish, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and croissants with cream cheese, sweet creamy butter, and assorted Knott's Berry Farm jams and jellies.  Delivery options are available.
